We support a broad range of materials and components required for consumer electronics and smart hardware, including PCB/PCBA assemblies, ICs and electronic components, displays and LED modules, speakers and acoustic components, batteries and power modules, cables and connectors, plastic and metal enclosures, silicone/rubber parts, fasteners, labels and retail packaging. Materials and components can be sourced and customized according to product specifications, target cost and compliance requirements.
Machinery/Production Process
The factory operates 6 dual-track Panasonic NPM high-speed SMT lines and is equipped with GKG solder paste printers, SPI, Panasonic NPM D3A and NPM TT2 placement equipment, 10-zone reflow ovens, inline AOI, X-RAY, intelligent first-article inspection systems, ovens and solder paste temperature-control equipment. The manufacturing process covers SMT, DIP insertion, assembly, testing and packaging, providing one-stop production from PCBA to finished products.

Our manufacturing facilities are located in Bao'an, Shenzhen and Chang'an, Dongguan, within the Greater Bay Area and the Pearl River Delta electronics manufacturing cluster. Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
The factory has a dedicated Quality Department covering QS, QA and QC functions, supported by a 10+ member engineering and technical team and a dedicated 10-person NPI team. Production test programs are developed in-house, enabling continuous support for pilot runs, mass-production introduction, process maintenance and product performance verification.
Quality Control Procedures
Our quality control process covers supplier qualification, incoming material inspection, first-article verification, in-process quality control, functional and reliability testing, final inspection and pre-shipment verification. Quality issues are managed through traceability, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and closed-loop follow-up. Quality, engineering and production teams work together from pilot run through mass production to ensure stable quality and consistent delivery.

Materials and components are sourced through qualified suppliers within the mature Pearl River Delta electronics supply chain.
